Yet another good week for Brabazon Restaurant at Tankardstown House.
Tankardstown House picked up no less than four fantastic awards at the Leinster Regional Restaurant Awards hosted by the Restaurant Association of Ireland (RAI)
These prestigious awards recognise excellence in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry throughout Ireland, the other regional awards take place over the coming weeks culminating in the National Awards taking place on Monday 16th May next. As title holder of Best Chef in Leinster 2015, Chef Rob Krawczyk will be cooking one of the courses for the 800 guests who will attend this event, whilst the Best Chefs in Munster, Ulster, Connaught and Dublin will serve up the respective other 4 courses.
The spotlight was mainly on Brabazon Restaurant picking up Best Hotel Restaurant in Meath and Best Wine Experience. Rob Krawczyk of Brabazon picked up Best Chef in Meath for the second consecutive year and is ready to retain his title Best Chef in Leinster.
Last but not least, The Cellar Restaurant picked up an award for Best Casual Dining in Meath recognising the restaurants outstanding value, excellent food, genuine hospitality and nice overall dining experience.
Brabazon Restaurant enjoyed further positive recognition with a wonderful review by Ernie Whalley in The Sunday Times Weekend Magazine. Renowned and respected critic Ernie awarded no less than 4 out of 5 stars for all of the following categories, Food, Wine, Service, Ambience, Value and Overall.
