It is with heavy hearts and immense sadness; that we said a difficult goodbye to our beloved Bruce yesterday.
Bruce passed away peacefully surrounded by those he loved most, in the place where he was his happiest; his home; Tankardstown House.
Since his arrival as our four legged champion back in August 2013, he has been loved by many. He loved unconditionally and supported flawlessly.
Bruce has played such a huge part in the fabric of the estate; from wedding couples, guests, children, he was always on hand to welcome you to Tankardstown, accompany you to your room or on a walk of the estate, and was often requested to feature in couples cherished wedding photos.
But those who loved him most and will deeply feel his loss is our Tankardstown team; his family. He will forever hold a special place in our hearts and be an important and immortal part of the Tankardstown history. Bruce was more than just a dog, he was a shoulder to cry, a loyal and silent listener, but above all else a fierce fierce friend; a true member of the family.
Rest in Peace our dearest Bruce, thank you for giving us almost 10 wonderful years of your devoted companionship.
