Our Talented Head Chef
Janos, also known as Jonny to his team here at Tankardstown, worked formerly on the team in Brabazon Kitchen as Sous Chef, departed for a while and has now returned in the role of Head Chef of Brabazon Kitchen, already retaining 2 AA Rosettes for 2017/2018, a great start for a great Chef.
Janos, assuming the role of Head Chef was the natural progressive step to inject his own flair for food into carefully created menus, which will please both the casual and the discerning diner. Dishes are based on fresh seasonal produce, from the walled kitchen gardens, and poly tunnels on the Tankardstown Estate where possible and from local and regional producers. We look forward to wonderful new menus evolving over the coming seasons, and welcoming you to taste this talent…
