Taste of the Estate - Food & Wine Pairing at Brabazon Restaurant

Brabazon Restaurant at Tankardstown House will host a 'Taste of the Estate - Food & Wine Pairing’, on Friday 7th June as part of the Boyne Valley Food Series events of 2024.

Commencing at 7pm, guests will enjoy a welcome glass of locally produced Cockagee Cider, from The Cider Mill Slane, followed by a unique 10 course Tasting Menu created by Head Chef Johnny Sarkozi and his team. The menu will be based primarily on produce from the Walled Kitchen Garden and Poly Tunnels on the Tankardstown Estate, and will be accompanied by carefully selected paired wines.

Tickets are €80 per person including drinks reception, 10 course Tasting Menu and paired wines.
